Angelica, whose real name is Angelica Schiatti, is a singer-songwriter from Monza. In 2019 she launched her solo career with the album Quando finisce la festa, which received really good feedback and led her to perform on some of the most important Italian stages like MI AMI 2019, Home Festival and Zoo Music Fest. During the same year she was chosen to open Miles Kane’s italian tour, and collaborated with Italian actor Giacomo Ferrara for her single Vecchia Novità.
In 2020, she performed on streaming for Levi’s and Patrizia Pepe. During the same year she published the singles C’est Fantastique, Il momento giusto and L’ultimo bicchiere, triptych of tracks that anticipated the publishing, in February 2021, of Storie di un appuntamento, an intimate album, powerful yet simple. The tracks De Niro and Karma are selected and included in the An Astrological Guide for Broken Hearts tv series (Netflix) and in the movie Still Out of My League.
In 2024 she published her third album, Sconosciuti Superstar, anticipated by the singles Milano Mediterraneo, SOS, Bye Bye and La mia metà, and followed by the release of Occhi Blu. The new EP is a mix of catchy melodies on a varied and yet homogeneous sound, an emotionally challenging and liberating process which Will allow Angelica to continue her journey even more lightheartedly.
