This year, the festival is consolidating a range of practices aimed at reducing its environmental impact. Below, you will find a detailed overview of our actions and of how you can help make our event more sustainable.

Sustainable transport

  • A shuttle bus will be available for guests, staff and volunteers travelling to and from Parco Raggio in Pontenure. We encourage the public to reach Pontenure using shared transport.

Digital and Sustainable Communication Materials

  • We have reduced paper use by digitising our information materials and making them accessible via QR codes.
  • All tickets are available online via Eventbrite. Audience voting is digital.
  • We used FSC-certified paper to print our catalogue.
  • Menus are displayed at the food trucks, and no paper placemats are used.
  • Previously sponsored reusable water bottles are being reused by our staff.

Merchandising and Set Design

  • The T-shirts, sweatshirts and tote bags available in our official shop come from eco-friendly brands and are made from organic cotton.
  • We reuse the wooden structures and displays from previous editions.

Waste Management

  • Dedicated recycling points are available at all festival venues. Please help us keep our spaces clean and tidy by sorting your waste correctly!
  • Accomodation
  • Guests and volunteers stay in nearby hotels and hostels, within walking or cycling distance of Galleria Ricci Oddi and Rathaus, our festival centres.

Sustainable Food and Beverage

  • Giustè Food Truck provides low-impact meals made with local ingredients, including PDO cured meats, local cheeses and vegetables sourced from farms belonging to Coldiretti Piacenza.
  • The daily menu for staff and guests is vegan, and vegetarian dishes are always available.
  • Compostable cups are used at all festival venues: please always dispose of them in the organic waste bin (the brown bin).
  • Water will be served in glass bottles supplied by Fonte Plose.

Community Engagement

  • The focus SUPERNATURE, curated by Claudia Praolini, presents short films on climate change and the environmental impact of human activities.
  • Concorto Kids 2026 – La Memoria dell’Acqua is dedicated specifically to WATER. Through hands-on activities and shared viewing sessions, children are encouraged to develop greater environmental awareness.
