Films selected by  TOHorror Fantastic Film Fest

Turin’s TOHorror Fantastic Film Fest, celebrating its 26th edition this year, features  a selection of short films that perfectly represent  the vitality and irreverence of contemporary fantastic cinema. A journey combining animation and live action which crosses the fantastical, weird and horror comedy, mixing surprising visions, dark humor and out-of-the-box ideas.

Alongside works coming from the international scene, including the latest film by Chris McInroy, one of the leading figures in US short-form horror comedy, the selection also features emerging Italian filmmakers such as Domenico Montixi, with his  Fulci-inspired fake trailer Duck Face Killings, and Giulia Falciani, author of the experimental animation Occhio.

The selected ten short films compose an odd, unpredictable selection full of personality, in which every film  invites the audience to let themselves be surprised. A plunge into unusual visions, dark humor, and creative stories that promise to entertain, astonish, and accompany the audience on a journey out of the ordinary.
